[ SHOWGSD-L ] AVGSDC specialty

I want to thank the judge, the exhibitors, and the spectators for supporting our
AVGSDC specialty this past weekend. The weather was beautiful and the entry
was large enough to allow us to cover our expenses and put some away towards
next year's show. We are a small club, with only a half dozen of us to work on
pulling together a show, and everyone worked together to get things done.
Thank you, Ed Barritt, for offering to waive your expenses in order to help a
struggling club.
Thank you, GSDC of So NH for inviting us each year to share your site and for
sharing your ring setup and equipment with us.
Thank you club members - Cindy (show secretary), Donna (show chair), Amanda,
Ariel, Mary Ann and Christina for all your hard work.
We need to support our specialty clubs and their events if we want to see
specialty shows continue. One by one, we're seeing specialty clubs in the
northeast disappear. Thanks to all of you, AVGSDC will survive to put on a
show next year.
