Good questions but didn't someone say that they were recommended by the AKC .

this is true then we know that the AKC is involved.

She was reccomended by Dan and Marilyn Smith. Evidently she had in the past
represented Billy Rossi.
I am pleased it is over. I never saw the agreement, and do not know the terms.
I was told some things by non board members, who may or may not know what they
are talking about. I also was given some information by Nancy Gutenberg. I am
not on the board, did not sign anything, and do not know if there is a
confidentiality term in the contract or not. But, this board has decided to
conduct this in closes session. That was voted on by the board, and passed. It
was their decision. I do not like closed sessions for a club, but no one asked
me.
