  Ladies and Gentlemen:



  The Washington Insurance Deeds Not the Breeds bill has been re-intrudcued
inthe Washington Legislature this ssession.  Many of you will recall that
the bill I drafted several years ago to prevent insurance companies from
engaging in breed profiling passed the House of Representatives only to die
in the Senate Insurance Committee.



  Rep. Tom Campbell informed me about two hours ago that the bill, now
numbered as HB 1105, has been set for a hearing before the House Insurance,
Financial Services and Consumer Protection Committee tomorrow morning at
8:00 am in House Hearing Room C.  As usual, the notice of hearings is very
short.  However, if we get the bill out of committee early in the session,
we have a better chance of its ultimate passage.



  We need people to be there if you can.  If not, please e-mail the members
of the House Insurance Committee that you support HB 1105.  Here is a link
