Hi Stormy...
The reason is we need to deal with the entire Council and the Mayor at the
ballot box. My Dog Votes, Does Yours? is the perfect segue to this problem.
As you know...voting played a huge part in Senator Jacque Speier not getting
the LT. Governor Democrat nomination due to her CA SB 861.
