After being informed that there was a discussion on the list regarding
the AKC rep at the shows where I judged, I decided to go read those
posts.
Boy am I glad I was the first judge and not the last. LOL She
actually was nice to me. She did speak with me prior to my judging BOB
competition. I turned to some in the crowd and said, " now that you have
gotten me in trouble, please behave". I even had a discussion with her
in the judges break room after I was through judging. Since I watched
the afternoon show, I did witness that she seemed to be getting more
upset as the day continued. It is too bad that this has happened as it
was a great entry with a lot of nice dogs. It was a pleasure to judge.
I am hopeful that the situation will get resolved for the future. It
is wonderful, as a judge, to see such a nice turnout with quality to
boot.
I really enjoyed the assignment.
