My husband just brought up a good point about the Gazette that I totally forgot about. He's of the opinion that ever since the Gazette became available on the newsstands that the quality of the magazine has gone down. And looking back, I have to agree. I remember back when it was subscription only, the articles were geared toward the hard-core purebred dog showing/breeding people. But since moving to the newsstands, they seemed to lose their editorial way and the columns and articles just dried up. Lately I've found Dog World to offer better columns and articles than the Gazette. I think Caroline Coile's columns in Dog World to be outstanding and every since Jeffrey Pepper started writing the Conformation column, that column has increased in quality. Don't know if anyone else agrees, but these are just my 2 cents. Laura Ricci ============================================================================ POST is Copyrighted 2011.
