CURRENTLY they don't Donna, but these are NEW rules and in the future will
REQUIRE Microchipping. It is the REQUIRING part that irritates me.

that pledge requires MICROCHIPPING your dogs and that they wear
collars with tags.
i have a dog who just passed the cgc test and on the back it lists under
i will be responsible for my dog's safety
and states I will ensure that my dog has SOME form of identification
(which may include collar tags, tattoos,or microchip ID)
they do not have to have a microchip just some form of ID
