Subject: AKC VS ANTI PAWS DEBATE
Proposed Paws Legislation" in conjunction with the Tarheel Circuit in
NC.
Dr. Jim Holt, AKC Legislative Liaison will speak on the positive
aspects of this bill while Cindy Cooke, former UKC attorney, will
defend the position against the bill.
The debate will be held in the Jim Graham Building (site of the dog
show) on September 3, 2005, at 5:00 pm or 30 minutes after the end of
Best in Show judging, whichever comes first. Seats will be limited.
