Well, other people don't like it...and there seem to be a lot of Field Reps sent to the Northeast who have a real problem with it....maybe you need to see it done here (or there) before you think it's all like California, etc. It really can be awful sometimes, altho it is a very long time since I saw it the way it was for a while.........nowadays it's nothing. I stood with Laurie and also with Annette, watching THEIR dogs shown, in that same building, just over a month ago...and there was nothing going on at all that anyone would notice....I suspect this rep is just a total nut about it. I mean, what other breed can the OWNERS have so much fun outside the ring while their darlings are inside? I loved watching the doublers in Colorado. One morning, people pulled their ringside chairs right up to the ropes to stop the doublers from being in front of them and by the time the first class was over, all the chairs were back 5 ft again :-) Seriously, I know that I'm rather a newby (only 15 years or so) at this sport, and only 8 or so years around the specialty rings, but I've never felt that at the AB rings the GSD people were disturbing other rings. Seriously! And at the specialties? The only time that I saw somebody get hurt was when I looked down and realized I slipped off a plastic bottle that had been tossed by a doubler :-). Thank goodness the ACL was just a tiny tear and sealed itself w/out an operation. :-) Stormy In a message dated 12/4/07 7:11:23 PM, pmick12@xxxxxxxxxxx writes: I can't believe you said that! Even at the National, ringside seats get in the way of people running around like crazy people, banging into others, tripping, etc. "You may never know what results come from your action.
