Hi All;
Yes, one person can register the litter, but all co-owners need to sign the
"Blue Slips". My girlfriend registered the litter and when
I went to pick up my puppy, I signed the blue slips and that was about 8 years
ago and I do not believe that has changed. I have
never signed the litter registrations that were sent to AKC by my bitches
co-owners.
