Cross posting plays havoc with the list as the emails bounces
1. It causes chaos
2. Sends information to or from non list members against rules
3. Causes bounces on all lists - excessive bouncing can crash a
server, or increase the sender score as used to by certain ISPS to
black list email groups (This includes comcast and aol)
