Zoe and Margy teach me each year how to do this, and I have but one rule.
That anyone can read it, List member, club member, or just one of us little
people.
It amazes me that anyone wants to read it, and how much feedback I get. Some
hate what I say, some seem to enjoy it. Each year it gets harder and harder,
and I enlist help. This year I had Flower Boy helping, but when Bill Basu
was leading the field, he was so excited he forgot to tell me what was going
on. I try to type as fast as I think, and often my words and thoughts get
confused.
I love it when people come to talk to me. I keep on typing, carry on a
conversation, and often what we are talking about makes it to the Blog. I never
read it over before it goes out, and often am surprised to see what I said.
I have been official, and not so much. This year I plan to do it again, if
asked. No one has to read it, but if I am there, and if I am healthy, I will
post all I can.
Not that there is anything wrong with that.
