List rules state:
Do not post for anyone else - especially nonlist members or people
on modpost. Please allow the dog's owner to do their own brags or
Rainbow Bridge annoucements.
The exception is RESCUE POSTS
Anyone not on the list, can email the admin and request their post
be placed on the list. They can also ask any list member to send it
to the admin for approval.
In the case of Carmen, we most certainly would have approved his
post, but we expect the rules to be followed.
