SORRY ABOUT THE TYPO FOLKS in the first email
THe email address to send requests to change your mail from receiving mail
(MAIL) to NOt
Receiving MAIL (NOMAIL) is
showgsd-l-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
PLEASE NOTE that there is NO _ before or after the email address, and no ESS on
request
the commands are simple:
set vacation
unset vacation
set digest
If you are on regular delivery
set vacation - STOPS THE MAIL
unset vacation - RESTARTS YOUR MAIL
If you want digest in place of regular then also send this command
set digest
If you want to change from digest to regular
unset digest
If all else fails, please write to
admin@xxxxxxxxxxx (not just one of the admin or the the entire list)

script that all you have to do is enter your email address and select what you
want and it will do
it for you.
