Here's an article that is telling it like it really is. Perhaps this is an
article that we should be faxing to our legislators with a personal note
asking them to read it. If we want the legislators who are in favor of this
bill to be faced with the truth we are going to have to spoon feed it to
them. At any rate, this article in the California Chronicle really hits the
