He has until Friday to get his vote. The fact he wasn't at his desk when the
bill came up probaly indicates he still doesn't have the votes.

If it doesn't get voted on by this Friday it becomes a 2 year bill that will
be back next year. Most 2 year bills are not greeted with much excitement
and are actually a defeat. Our bottom line is it could come back. The up
side is it gives us a year to prepare for its return.
I challenge you all...no matter what your party affiliation to help us
defeat Levine in his run for the CA Senate. His prospected opponent doesn't
really think 1634 is the way to go and may well vote against it...we need to
reward her for that.
I will post more on who she is and how we can support her...
