Mr. Levine wasn't at his desk when the item number came up, it was passed
and retained.
I'm pretty sure "passed" means "passed over" and retained. He has until
Friday to get his vote. The fact he wasn't at his desk when the bill came up
probaly indicates he still doesn't have the votes.
Levine was on a local channel the morning pushing the bill and when
asked...said it would pass. I challenged the station (the Fox affiliate) for
not getting an opposing viewpoint...but alas...no return phone call or
email...
It's not too late to send more faxes folks...
