I wanted to read this case decision before I posted it, which I did
this morning. This is a VERY nice decision that refers to case law on
property, forfeiture before court, warrant-less search and more. The
decision was negative for LMAS (Louisville Animal Services) although
they were dropped as "not a person," and positive for dog breeders.
This is plain language court-speak and the judge has inserted some
humor. "Barking up a wrong tree" for example
