What I just learned. The following was on the NOHS and BBE rules and the
runner is not allowed in those classes. "This includes those who have received
accommodation from the AKC for assistance (such as a runner).” I never knew
that I could take my dog in and have a ‘runner’ take over for that part! I
was o.k. ‘running the dogs" until I decided to stop breeding, showing, etc.,
(middle ‘70s), but would some exhibitors go in with their dogs if they didn’t
have to do the ‘running’ part?
