The formatting and publication come under ownership of the PC or public
domain. Either way our outstanding new Editor is more than within her rights
to
use same. I find it interesting that the individuals claiming they stayed
around to "help" Susan , and to insure continuity for the Review, are now
screaming that that element that is the very same common denominator for that
continuity is somehow THEIRS and the new Editor is not entitled to use
it.....can't have it both ways, and they contradict themselves.
