joan is right. this has turned into a one-sided, misinformed and one-way
kiddie game of telephone that is only serving those who are spreading false
or misleading information - by statement or innuendo. there is a lawsuit.
there are two sides. there is no settlement at this time. the courts
will make the decision as to who is right and who is wrong. what's going on
here, on this list, is nothing more than a rapidly spreading cancer of
words. cancers are very difficult to excise once present. perhaps a
discussion of proper motion of the GSD would be more constructive.

It's a one-sided pancake folks�.
The back and forth on this list about the lawsuit is a waste of time,
because sadly you are hearing only one side of the argument. The lawsuit
will
be settled in a court of law and any and all of our 'comments' won't alter
that decision. Those people whom are being maligned are not on this list
and
do not have the opportunity to defend themselves. I tried to put out the
other side of the pancake because I feel it's very unfair to be at the
disadvantage of having no voice to respond to disparaging comments. As you
can
see my posts have been met swiftly with some very fervent resistance. I
suggest if GSDCA members really want both sides of the pancake, contact
those
who are directly involved (or your current Board members) and ask them for
the
'other' side. Then and only then can you honestly make up your mind as
to
what is fact and what is fiction. Then you WILL have both sides of the
pancake.
