Everyone has their own dish and every dish has it's own place... but today one place is empty, one dish is missing. Kingston's dish is missing... The eyes that followed me everywhere no longer watch me and the biggest dog smile I have ever seen I no longer see. My wonderful boy died suddenly at 9 1/2 years, from a tumor on his spleen. Kingston was that puppy that stood out right from the start. He knew he was a special dog and showed it with enthusiasm. He placed 4th in the Am Bred class at the Ohio National under Joan Fox, and was finished by a very young and unknown handler named Abbey Hathaway. Even though Kingston was not used often at stud, much to his lament (a victim of someone with a love of rumor and lack of knowledge), I am fortunate that I have progeny from him and can still get a glimps of his noble look when I look at them. I miss you terribly, buddy. Am/Can Ch.
