What is the thinking of eliminating Saturday?
If we are outdoors, what is the reduction for the costs?
The Host Hotel gave no reduction for costs when all food services were
lost due to the fire.
This year it only rained one day. Last year it rained four days. It is
hard to predict the weather in that area.
Can you tent the ring, if outdoors?
I understand Helen used the German system of lines in the ring. I don't
have an opinion if it is good or bad, but we do need to be cautious to not
think that something that is German is better than the American way.
They tried to force their standard on us. I don't want to think this was
a way to say the Germans have a better system.
Also the walking is a German thing. I believe our dogs are to herd sheep,
and unless they are very very old sheep, walking is not going to do it.
I also heard Helen said she judged on coming and going and not side gait.
That is her opinion, and since our standard does not say if faults in
side gait are worse than faults coming and going, I guess it is Judges Choice.
I am back in the office, and had to post one last time about the National,
as the news comes out. Man, it looks like I have been gone a month and I
have two court appearances tomorrow. I will be ready.

The facility at Purina is available indoors that week. Purina is also
available outdoors that week.

recommendations on whether to hold judging indoors or outdoors. Under
