You got it Kathy!!! I go to Wild Oats, or Whole Foods and get a nice litte
tender loin, add a little garnish, like olive oil with garlic, parsley and
lemon, and I am in heaven!!!! Cook a fine piece of meat like that? NEVER!!!!!
But I don't eat rare or raw from a regular grocery!!! I don't trust them.
Whole Foods and Wild Oats handle their meats differently. I have never gotten
sick from eating raw, but my wallet knows where the meat comes from.
