Excellent quiz, Nancy, I would just like to add a couple of questions to 
your list which was triggered by your question 14.
15) Who in your scenario is the employer and who is the employee? It can be 
confusing at times.
16) If the answer to 15 is the one with pockets, (deep or not so deep) 
actually is the employer and the handler is the employee, the perhaps a signed 
contract with agreed fees for services provided, etc. would be advisable.   
This would also provide said employer a business deduction for IRS purposes.
