How does one go about finding a microchip number in order to ID a dog that
may be caught up
in the mess in NY. We think we know one of the 39 dogs..and his sire's
owner, is willing to
take him immediately, no problem, for either the long term or temporarily.
What happened to due process, and why aren't these dogs being ID'd
first..they are all chipped!!
Just shows you how much good a chip is , I guess..if AC won't bother...UGH.
