AS AN OWNER OF A COAT; EVRYTHING YOU SEE AS A PUP, REMAINS AS AN ADULT, BIG
BONE AND SOLID TEMPERAMENT. MAY NOT ALWAYS BE TRUE BUT I'VE HAD 3 AS ADULTS. AS
YOU POINTED OUT WE DO TEND TO HANDLE THEM MORE AS PUPS, UNRESTABLE!!.

No, I don't think it is genetic but like most faults, for instance, if
you have a monorchid in the litter, they are generally your pick male, but
for the testicle. Same with the coats, they often are the pick in the litter
at the time we sell them, they certainly are pretty and plush and appear
to have heavier bone then there normal coated litter mates (not always the
truth because the hair gives the illusion) I think their Temperaments seem
stronger because you just can not, not pick up that pretty fluffy coat, LOL
so they handled a bit more.
Many times we do not see them as adults so it may not end up that way.
But in our minds they are stars but for the coat. Some are, some aren't.
