I am just told that this has been in the works for over 8 years, with the
plan to put money aside yearly (8 years!) to fund this
extravaganza........and clubs are folding, and rescue is in shambles, and no
help to those
fighting abusive dog legislation...........and we are supposed to be feeling
proud??? Of what??
