In answer to my question, some have noted cost as a factor. Larger room, more
cost. Do we not get the use of the arena on that day? Dedications could be
given over the PA. Or where obedience will be held? Those areas could work at
no extra cost. Why rent a room in the first place? Because it is a sit down
dinner? Long tables with warmers would work. We can eat in the stands! Can
not be any worst than some (a lot) of our victory dinners. <G>

Why not move to a larger venue if the interest is there? Accommodating all who
wish to attend should be the priority.
