I just called and spoke to the Champion Center, they are really really nice.
Here is some info I received.
There are over 200 camp sites, the water is sporadically placed but they
will allow splitters being used AND hoses to be ran. It is on a first come
basis, there are no reservations for certain spots. One can prepay, but it
really serves as no advantage. They will have more detailed info after May
1st, but this does cover some concerns.

Joan is sure right...there are many RV hookups, but they are limited as to
ones that have both water and electric. I went through the site also, and I
believe there were around 20-25 that had water hookups. All were 30 amp
service.
