It may not be good news for everyone, but it is for me. My trial
settled today, so I will be in Ohio without guilt. It was scheduled for
four weeks, one in Banning and the last three in San Diego. I planned
to have my associate take it next week, but my client was not convinced
that was a good idea. Finally we found a way to resolve it, so I get to
join you all in Ohio. I am anxious to see everyone, renew old
friendships, make some new ones, and see the greatest animals in the
