Yes, Tish, I wouldn't mind showing under someone with little or no ring
experience. A knowledgable breeder doesn't need a lot of ring experience to
pick out the best dogs. I'd much rather have a judge that knows dogs rather
than one that knows ring experience. I,m not saying that they don't need any
ring experience. What's wrong with all breed matches? Why do they need
stewarding? Ann

Hi Ann,
Would you really want someone out there judging your futurity entries who has
had no or very little ring experience?? Actually there are several people
who have never judged a futurity on the list this year (or not very recently
anyway).

BTW - I do not select the judges, nor does the Board. The regional clubs
sends in a list of judges and the Board approves out of those who sign the
agreements. Only one club did not get their first choice this year because that
person declined.
