The part that has ME wondering is -- why was there no "billing" at all until
NOW?
Also, if it isn't in writing about some kind of arrangement for "teaching
etc." I don't
think these charges can be enforced, especially when no other invoices were
sent
for all these many "years". Why some folks get upset if a bill isn't paid
in a month.
Takes all kinds and we learn something new each day, makes life - what ever.
