[ SHOWGSD-L ] 2 year old no-season

Hello, I don't know what tests you should do, but just wanted to say that I had
a similar problem. I bought a finished bitch under a contract to breed her, and
found it really hard to determine when she was in season. I had hoped to breed
her on a spring cycle, but the first I knew she was in heat was when she jumped
onto a chair and a few drops of blood came out. I rushed her to the stud, but
she was just at the end of her season and the stud had no interest after the
first day she was there. She hasn;t exhibited any heat behaviour.
The next season I delivered her to the breeder a good three weeks before she
was scheduled, and with a stud right there the breeding took place.
But now, her first season after whelping she is going through a very noticeable
heat, with a lot of squatting and bleeding. I guess if I ever decide to breed
her again it will be much easier.
