[ SHOWGSD-L ] 2 week old male puppy help

This little is the only one of 3 that survived. I had him to the vet at 9 days
old as he is very nasally and everytime he drinks, he will eat for a little and
then it comes out his nose. He does not have a cleft palat so we are trying to
figure what else to do. He only weigh 1.7 lbs and should weigh over 2. Can
anyone help or is this something that will end up a problem. Thank you.
