We had a weatherman here in Atlanta for over 30 years. His name was Guy
Sharp. Guy used to say he had a weather dog. He's send the dog out and if
he came back in wet, it was raining. If he came back in covered in white
powder, it was snowing, etc etc.....
He was at least as accurate as the ones we have today.......
