The members only on the old site is still broken. I'm not going to try and fix
it at this point. We need to direct people to the new site. If someone is
trying to get to the old members section this morning it is because they have
bookmarked the old link. They need to just go to www.gsdca.org.... which will
take them to the new site... then log in.

The GSDCA Internet Committee and the Internet Advisory Committee would like to
present the new GSDCA.org website to the membership of the GSDCA - and all
those who love the GSD breed. We hope this site will be useful to you and that
you will share it with others.
A couple of things you might be interested in:
- the members section has the same password and logon as the former site.
- there is a downloadable members roster if you want to keep a printed copy but
there is a new, searchable members database there with search capabilities.
- the store and the GSD Reviewed sites are the same for the time being. A new
store is under construction but not yet complete. You may see it pop up on the
menu from time to time as we work on it but you can't order anything from it.
- there is a photo gallery for member photos - if you have a couple of GSD
photos that you'd like to see posted (members only please) send them as
attachments to photos@xxxxxxxxxx ( we reserve the right to decide on which
photos to add, depending on the content.)
- the approved GSD judges list is now searchable
- there is a new section just for Junior Handlers with some pretty neat
pictures of Juniors at various Nationals that rotate every time you come into
the Juniors section (note: hit the F5 key [refresh] to stay on the page and
have the pictures rotate)
- the puppy information has been moved over from the other "welcome" site
- there is improved information on dog legislation and several of the
committees now have their own pages
- there is a lot of information on the National under "Events" including the
advance brochure and a link to the showsite website
We've tried to update everything along the way but, as always, please let John
know (webmaster@xxxxxxxxx orjohn2@jmadesign.com) if you find something that
needs to be updated.
Let me know (pkstoesser@xxxxxxxxxxxxx) if you click on something that takes you
somewhere unexpected.
Thanks to all who worked on this including the IC and the IAC and particular
thanks to Kathaleen Strong for her vision that got this whole thing started
last November.
