Goodmorning everyone and welcome to Sheri's Free Stuff and Contest
Newsletter. I hope everyone is well today. Seems we are on the mend here
too. Yesterday was horrible. I spent most of it in the bed along side the
baby both us running fevers and sick to our tummys. But seems like we are
finally over the worst of it.

Don't forget our contest that is going on, here are the details:
Our new contest is has started!! It will run until May the 5th and the
winner recieves a CD. Now this is a really great CD. I have one of these of
my very own and love it.
It is written and sung by a folk singer story teller from the Hills of West
Virginia named Glen Simpson. He is also my uncle :-). The Cd is his
interpretation of the events of the Hattfield and McCoy Feud.
This is a real collectors item!!
The rules of the contest are basically the same as the last contest except
the point values for this contest will change a little more.

From Our Recipe Corner:

Frozen Fruit Salad
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
Pinch of salt
12 ounces whipped cream topping
1 can fruit cocktail
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup walnuts
10-1/2 ounces miniature marshmallows
1 teaspoon gelatin
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Dissolve the gelatin in the lemon juice. Microwave to dissolve. Cream the
cream cheese into the gelatin mixture. Add salt. Add sugar to whipping
cream and whip until light and fluffy. Fold the whipping cream and fruit
cocktail into gelatin mixture. Pour into a 9-inch square pan. Freeze
overnight. Slice and serve over lettuce leaf. Serves 10 at 203 calories
per serving.
