Hi Everyone and Welcome to Sheri's Free Stuff And Contest Newsletter!=0D
A Great big welcome to all of our newest members and subscribers. It is

I know everyone must be wondering where the heck I have been. Well to put=
it
as simply as possible. I have been so busy this past year that I have not
had time to put out this newsletter. We have moved, I have been redoing t=
he
house and yard. I had barely even had time to spend on the board up until
this past month. Things are finally calming down quite a bit and summer i=
s
coming on so I am hoping to get this out as many times as possible a week=
=2E
If I happen to miss a few days just know I haven't forgotten you I'm just=
up
to my eyeballs in something.=0D
I know it has been awhile since some of you have dropped in at the board =

say a quick hello...so take the time to drop by and see some new people a=

I have some prayer request today.=0D
First one is my mom. She just found out yesterday that she has shingles. =
I
have never had this but my sister and grandmother had it and I know it is
very painful so please keep her in your prayers.=0D
I would like a special prayer for myself as well. I have been having alot=
of
stomach problems this past year and it is getting to the point where I ca=
n
not stand it anymore. I finally broke down and made an appointment to see
the doctor in the morning so I hope they will find out what is causing al=
l
this mess. Last year I had gone to the doctor and he said he thought it
might be my gallbladder and ran some tests and put me on medicine but it
hasn't seemed to help much lately.=0D
Also Mary on the forum board posted a prayer request for her cousin. She
writes:=0D
Please pray for my cousin she has been having problems with a sprained an=
kle
for over a year they did blood work and scan and said that something is
iregular so they are doing a bone biopsy on friday she is not only my cou=
sin
and my best friend she was my matron of honor when i got married she has =

youngchildren and a husband the whole family is scared .=0D

Please remember to pray for our troops as they are there fighting for our
freedom and our way of life as we know it. Pray for their safety and thei=

safe return. Pray for their families. Pray for our government that they m=

the right decisions. And don't forget to pray for all the innocent people
that are going to be involved in this. Pray for all my friends that I hav=

Budweiser beer conditions the hair. =0D
Pam cooking spray will dry fingernail polish. =0D
Pam will also remove paint, and grease from your hands! =0D
Cool whip will condition your hair in 15 minutes. =0D
Mayonnaise will condition your hair; it will also kill lice. =0D
Spike your hair with toothpaste=0D
(with Close-up tooth paste, it will also give it a tint). =0D
Elmer's Glue - paint on your face - allow it to dry, =0D
peel off and see the dead skin and blackheads. =0D
Shiny Hair - use brewed Lipton Tea. =0D
Sunburn - empty a large jar of Nestea into your bath water. =0D
Minor burn - Colgate or Crest toothpaste. =0D
Burn your tongue? Put sugar on it! =0D

3 slices of bacon, finely chopped =0D
1/2 cup Southern Comfort =0D

1/3 cup brown sugar=0D
1 t. salt=0D
1/2 t. chili powder=0D
Juice of 1 lemon=0D
2 dozen chicken wings=0D

Lightly brown onion with chopped bacon. Remove from heat, add Southern
Comfort and ketchup; stir. Add remaining ingredients and simmer slowly fo=

10 minutes. Broil or grill wings, basting often with sauce.=0D
