A patient of mine has Excess Med pay with AAA.
With regards to her health insurance, I am NOT part of her group / network.
AAA claims adjuster told her that she MUST use her medical group
doctors in order for them to pay the excess portion.
I was under the impression that I could bill the medical group (that I
am not a member of) get a denial and send that along with a bill to
AAA for payment?
Am I mistaken?
