[seng_462] Chris: tmp folders probably need to be cleared

Hi Chris,
I have scheduled to run our group tests at 8 am but probably won't be able
to start running them by then because when I tried to save changes to our
files in the tmp directory I got the following message:
"utilities.py" E514: write error (file system full?)
WARNING: Original file may be lost or damaged
don't quit the editor until the file is successfully written!
