CAN-SPAM (US) and <http://fightspam.gc.ca/eic/site/030.nsf/eng/home> CASL
(Canada) here in North America. Of the two, CASL is the most stringent, so
most email list handlers adhere to it; for example, Constant Contact and
MailChimp.
