[seeditmaxi] meta cache-control

Hi list,
When I put an updated page on my server, Safari always showing the old one, yes
I could reload and then the new one is showing up. But how many visitors always
do a reload when they visit a page?
I use this meta tag .... but it looks not to work when using Safari.
<meta http-equiv="cache-control" content="no-cache" />
Any ideas?
