WWSC members,

Hope everyone is doing well.  Please see attached a proposed Warmwater Streams
Committee resolution letter that Dennis Riecke and I have drafted (Dennis has
done the heavy lifting).  The purpose of the resolution should be
self-explanatory.  We have until 11/19/2018 to get this in the SDAFS Winter
2018 newsletter as required for consideration in Galveston.  Please reply to
the group with any thoughts, suggestions, edits or anything else you think
relevant. We want everyone to be happy with this. Feel free to forward
accordingly to anyone that you think might not be on this list serve.  I
apologize for the quick turnaround. Please provide any comments by the end of
the day...11/18/18
