Excellent resolution. Would it be possible to specifically address
agricultural water withdrawals, such as for irrigation? That's becoming a
highly significant flow reducer here in Tennessee...

Streams Committee resolution letter that Dennis Riecke and I have drafted
(Dennis has done the heavy lifting).  The purpose of the resolution should
be self-explanatory.  We have until 11/19/2018 to get this in the SDAFS
Winter 2018 newsletter as required for consideration in Galveston.  Please
reply to the group with any thoughts, suggestions, edits or anything else
