Subject: Weekend Camping Trip Camp-O-Ree/Advancement and this Tuesday

We have a full night planned this Tuesday as we prep for the upcoming
Camp-O-Ree. First of all, what is a Camp-O-Ree? It is where all of the
scout troops from Alamance county camp together and participate in
scheduled activities. This year's theme is "Search and Rescue". John
and I have participated in several of these event and the boys always
enjoy them. See attached packet for more information. We will also be
using this weekend as an opportunity to help the boys with their
advancements to proceed to the next rank.

DADS IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO ATTEND, PLEASE LET ME KNOW SO WE CAN MANAGE
TRANSPORTATION. If we don't have enough dads for transportation, we will
need parents to help transport our boys to and from Camp Cherokee.

Tuesday night schedule:

* Prep for camping trip - Senior Patrol Leader

*         Popcorn kick-off - Shannon Beck
