Hal & I are working on making reservations for our first trip (in 2 weeks) of the Fall Scouting season. We need to have an idea of the attendance in order to reserve the campsites. So far we have 6 (see below) reserved spots. This section of the New River has proven to be an exciting run in the past with lots of whitewater action as well as no shortage of wildlife. This is the only area that we have seen Bald Eagles feeding on trout. There have also been spottings of the "wild" Bubba Lewis feeding in the deep pools below the campsite area. Thank you and please register by mid-week if you are planning on attending.
