Dear Hard and Much Appreciated Workers,
I've just had a chance to browse a bit on the edited case website.
With respect to Marbury, I always teach its "fraudulent" aspects, and =
the
students relish same. It seems to me this edited version does not give
enough info to teach the case that way. For example, should you not =
include
the text of the Judiciary Act of 1789, section 13? =20
