Right now, for the prototype, the cases are static files.  When the site
goes public, they will be databased.

Just out of curiosity, Chris, how is the website itself structured?  By
I mean are all the cases just a set of static files on the website or
they somehow being tracked in a database?  I suppose the end result
shows up in the browser would look the same either way, but I can
that if the archive gets to be very large at all, it might be easier
track things in a database...  That way listings of cases could be
automatically generated and could even be searchable in a way that
would be
difficult without the database...
