Dear Sir and Madam
It is outrageous how Bellway building company and Cheshire council are
dealing with this planning permission and neighbours.
First Bellway has Whirley road’s hedge trimmed knowing it was not
permitted and now started delivering material from Whirley Road this
morning as per attached pic (looks like its a another water pump which I'm
told are really noisy when on 24/7!)
It is in breach of Planning Conditions 19/3097M 5. The vehicular access to
serve the development is hereby ONLY permitted via the new junction onto
Chelford Road and NO vehicular access to Whirley Road, in the interests of
highway safety.
I want to file a complaint as this is not allowed by the planing permission
and Bellway not even replanted the edge as it should have been done
already, but also there is a concern they are trying to create an access
where the gate is too, even though they don't have permission.
Again it shows how Bellway has been operating without following the rules
and neither Cheshire council is reinforcing the rules.
Interestingly, the new Chelford road (Broken Cross former round about )
traffic lights design is causing more traffic than before and this is an
example of how the Cheshire council and builders are behaving and bringing
more issues than solutions to the community.
